Lately I have been finding this spots all over the garden. It’s not poop, it looks like somwehing pulled the dirt out of the ground. What kind of animal could it be? Maybe a mole, a worm, a hedgehog maybe?

I remembered the technical term for it: worm castings. So yes, it is in fact worm poop.

The picture on the left kinda looks like raccoon poop with seeds in but the other one kind of looks like when the birds have been digging for worms and bugs.

@Ueca well, at least I could do some use of it, haha.

This may sound gross, but you can collect them and use them as an excellent fertilizer.

@meriunkat there aren’t many snails where I live. Lots of worms, though, maybe it’s worms poo, haha
