I am pretty sure this is not a Echeveria elegans but a Echeveria black prince. the more light it has, the more it will become darker.

This is either a variegated Crassula coccinea or Crassula capitella (which appears to be somewhat less common).

Looks like Sedum hispanicum, but let me ask, are these grown in a hot or cold climate?
