If you don't like the long stem you can always trim them and re root the top part

目测可能是药锦的叶片晒伤或其他，建议看看茎部黑没黑，黑了就从上到下砍头，砍到不黑了为止，留着底部完好的叶片用来消耗发新芽；如果茎部没黑，就把最上面的白色叶片（看着真的好像药锦）和干了的叶子摘掉，正常养护等待重新出芽…
