hey I'm new to air plants and I'm wondering if it has a root rot or something. the bottom seem to be turning brownish but the leaves are still firm and not falling apart.

Sansvierias are such forgiving plants that are almost impossible to kill. Great for beginners and it even purify the air in your homes. What more could you ask for in a plant.
